Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels. Your instructor will tailor each session to your ability, helping you build strength, confidence, and skill at your own pace.
We recommend comfortable, close-fitting clothing that covers the backs of your knees and underarms. If you bruise easily multiple layers or thicker joggers are recommended. If you prefer baggy tops, that's fine, just make sure you can tuck them in!
Memberships last for 30 days and give you access to your chosen classes or package. They’re flexible, easy to manage, and designed to help you stay consistent without the stress of rebooking every week.

Our children’s aerial hoop classes are designed for ages 10–16. Each class focuses on fun, confidence, and safe progression through creative movement.
