Our Aerial Hoop classes are designed with you in mind.
We aim to break down barriers to movement and play with focus on the individual rather than a rigid syllabus - so if you need more movement, confidence or fun in your life, you've come to the right place!
Classes are kept small so that we can cater to everybody's individual needs - whether your goal is to gain confidence, make friends or even just enjoy a full-body workout that doesn't involve the worries of the gym, we are here to help!
Alongside the Aerial Classes we also offer preparation classes, focusing specifically on building strength, stamina, mobility and flexibility that will help you both on the Hoop and in every-day life.

Zoë Deleata
Howdy! I'm an aerial artist, instructor, and massive nerd!
I fell in love with aerial when watching the Circus of Horrors, whilst picking my options for Uni. I saw how the Aerialists had total faith in themselves flying and falling through the air and thought,
“That. I want to do that.”
So I went and I did. I found a university that offered circus and aerial and I've been upside down ever since!
I started training in 2016 and have a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, specialising in Aerial Hoop and Circus, plus several Spin City Instructor qualifications. Since then, I’ve taught and performed at festivals, community events, schools, parties and more - and even opened the Lord Mayor’s Show in Coventry in 2025.
When it comes to teaching, my approach is supportive and tailored. No two people are the same, so I focus on making aerial work for you, not the other way around. My classes are inclusive, adaptable, and open to all abilities — with options to adjust hoop height, accessibility steps, and progressions to suit every student.
Whether it’s your first time getting on the hoop or you’re chasing that next trick, I’ll help you find your confidence (and have a good laugh while you’re at it). It’s all about joy, confidence, and the freedom to move your body in ways you didn’t think possible.

All Levels Aerial
Adults 18+
Accessible. Joyful. For every body.
This class is designed to guide you through movement at your own pace. With a focus on safe technique, supportive teaching, and creative exploration, All Levels Aerial is about enjoying the hoop without pressure or expectation.
Flow State
Adults 18+
A class designed for adults who want to go beyond drills. In this creative space, you’ll learn how to link movements into seamless combinations, explore musicality and artistry, and express your own unique style in the air.
Hoopsters
Children 10+
Aerial hoop fun for children aged 10–16.
At Hoopsters, young aerialists will learn tricks, explore movement, and build confidence while having fun in a safe, supportive space.
Solo Focus
Any Age
One-to-one aerial hoop training tailored to your goals, your pace, and your practice. Perfect for refining technique, building strength and flexibility, or developing your own routines. A supportive and inspiring space to grow with confidence.
Empower
Adults 18+
